Skills and Proficiencies Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Design and implement effective training and development plans.
  • Participate in performing 30,60,90 days and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition process through job postings, job fair support,  interview scheduling, review of offer letters, administration of background checks, and onboarding/offboarding of employees.
  • Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Help maintain and improve the culture of the company by taking care of employees’ needs and organizing team building.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Working Hours:

  • Our USA business hours include MANDATORY overlap (8:00 am to 12:00 noon Arizona time). More overlap is highly desired.
