Responsibilities:

  • Management and supervision of the management team (over the rest of the staff)
  • Working as a liaison between the staff, our vendors and our clients and any related negotiations
  • Dispute resolution/de-escalation 
  • Creating, implementing and maintaining administrative policies for the firm
  • Work with the CEO and the team on building the firm’s visions for sustainable growth
  • Reviewing team performance and providing training/guidance for the team as needed
  • Manage staff compliance with firm policies 
  • Work alongside other managers and team leaders to ensure that all departments in the firm are functioning as needed and with the resources required
  • Negotiations on the firm’s behalf with vendors and partners
  • Reviewing legal documents, potentially with the assistance of lawyer/paralegal
  • Assisting the firm to cut costs and continually function at a healthy and sustainable manner
  • Working alongside internal bookkeeper to assist in fee analysis for the firm
  • Fill in for the CEO when needed
  • Managing / Reviewing / Reporting on Firmwide KPI’s

Additional job roles that may be required:

  • Maintaining or creating a staff training system alongside the HR Manager/Corporate Compliance Officer
  • Working alongside the HR Manager/Corporate Compliance Officer to assist in hiring/terminations
  • Maintaining owner KPIs, firm KPIs and overall staff KPIs 
  • Monitor and manage workflow for the firm alongside our Project Manager

System requirements :

  • Internet Speed: At least 10mbps
  • Device: Laptop or desktop, Minimum Core i5 processor 8th Generation and above running Windows OS
  • Memory: A minimum of 16GB RAM
  • Storage: Minimum of 128 GB SSD or 128 GB HDD
  • Audio: A good quality headset preferably equipped with noise cancellation
  • Video: A laptop/pc with webcam or a good quality webcam

To ensure the security of our firm, we can only consider candidates who have a Windows operating machine. Having Windows Pro would be a significant advantage. Working Hours: 

  • Our USA business hours includes MANDATORY overlap (8:00 am to 12:00 noon Arizona time)
  • Hours for some departments may be fixed or may vary depending on the tasks/projects involved.
  • Billable teams ( Bookkeepers, Tax preparers, Customer care, and admins ) expect to work at least 50 hours per week during tax season, and weekends could be required. 
  • We need someone who is available for on-call emergencies (outside of normal working hours. Only when needed).
