We are looking for:

highly skilled Automation Staff member to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing automated systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of automation technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automation Development:
    • Design and deploy automation solutions using various tools.
    • Create and maintain automation scripts and workflows.
    • Integrate automation solutions with existing systems.
  • Email and Communication Automation:
    • Add email drips in Infusionsoft and ActiveCampaign.
    • Send weekly newsletters using Infusionsoft.
    • Send SMS to clients using Infusionsoft automations and ClickSend.
  • Workflow Automation:
    • Automate workflows using Insightly, Zapier, and webhooks.
    • Create IFTTT notifications and Slack workflows.
    • Maintain and rename Slack channels as needed.
  • Landing Page and Website Management:
    • Build landing pages in ClickFunnels and Kajabi.
    • Create WordPress pages based on marketing designs.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • System Maintenance:
    • Monitor and maintain automated systems.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues.
    • Perform regular updates and maintenance.
  • Support and Collaboration:
    • Process requests from sales and marketing departments.
    • Work closely with IT, operations, and other departments.
    • Participate in meetings and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in automation, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in email marketing automation (Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign), Zapier, WordPress, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, and webhooks. Working knowledge of API is a plus but not required.
  • Characteristics: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to build workflows from scratch, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
    • Knowledge of database management and SQL.
    • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
    • Certification in relevant automation tools or technologies.
    • Python and programming knowledge.

Working Hours:

  • Our USA business hours include MANDATORY overlap (8:00 am to 12:00 noon Arizona time). The rest of the hours can be flexible.
  • Hours for some departments may be fixed or vary depending on tasks/projects.
  • Billable teams (Bookkeepers, Tax preparers, Customer care, and admins) expect to work longer hours per week during tax season, and weekends could be required.
  • Availability for on-call emergencies outside normal working hours (only when needed).
